1Introduction

4Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

PesoNet transfers settle on the next business day. ta7777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.4 Currency

The primary transactional currency on ta7777 is Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at ta7777's applicable exchange rate at the time of processing. ta7777 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

7Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ta7777 24 hours a day. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the processing timelines of the receiving financial institution. ta7777 does not guarantee specific processing times for third-party payment providers.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your ta7777 account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ta7777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a software malfunction, pricing error, or game bug to accumulate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable.

12Suspension & Account Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Detection of fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• ta7777's reasonable belief that continued account operation poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to the platform.

You may also close your ta7777 account voluntarily at any time by contacting ta7777 support. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ta7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ta7777 platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds resulting from your own decisions, interruptions to gaming sessions caused by your device or internet connection, or technical malfunctions outside ta7777's reasonable control.

ta7777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your ta7777 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ta7777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14Intellectual Property

All content on the ta7777 platform — including but not limited to the ta7777 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, images, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the property of ta7777 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ta7777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ta7777 content without prior written authorisation.

15Privacy

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ta7777's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact ta7777 support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ta7777 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

17Amendments to These Terms

ta7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via notice on the ta7777 platform or by email to the address registered on your account, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ta7777 platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the ta7777 platform and may request account closure.
